Terms & conditions of service

Attention! By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the Artist, prior to the commission.

I. __GENERAL TERMS__•  Be kind, clear and communicative based on respect, remember that you can express what you want in the best possible way based on respect.• As a client you must provide clear references, if you do not have images, remember that you can always explain in an orderly manner what you are looking for.• As an Artist, I reserve my right to refuse your commission if I am not comfortable with what is requested or with any aspect associated with the commission or the commissioner.• Make sure you read the descriptions of the service I offer correctly, I usually write a short detailed introduction about what the service will include.• IMPORTANT: After payment is completed, the customer has one week to send the corresponding references. After this period, I reserve the right not to make refunds of any kind.II. PAYMENT• Once the terms have been agreed upon and references have been reviewed, full payment must be made to start with the commission. This means that 100% of the payment must be acredited to start.• The currency accepted is USD only [American Dollars US] via Paypal Invoice.• Lately Paypal sometimes keeps the payments ''On Hold'' for up to 21 days max. Please keep in mind this may happen and I cannot start working until they release such payment.• PLEASE be sure you have money for emergencies, situations that doesn't are related to me are not applicable to request a refund.• The usage of the final Artwork/model is not related to me. If you don't want to use it anymore is NOT a valid reason to request a refund.III. PROCESS• The processes will be sent only after payment is completed.• The images received will be sent in .jpg format via the social network of the client's choice and will vary according to the type of commission and process that will be carried out, this may include Sketches, Linework and similar processes.• All WIP (Work in Progress) received by the customer will belong to the customer. The client can save the WIP and share it if they wish, however, they must credit me as the artist who created the work.• The processes sent will be to check the customer's satisfaction with the work done at the moment, so a confirmation will be required upon receipt, with the changes to be made or points to be reviewed.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION• I will do my best to make my customers happy. However, after the commission is over, I will not make any changes. Please be sure to request all required changes from the WIP that will be sent to you.• Any changes will come with an extra charge (Only on the finished artwork)• Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY• As the Artist I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
- Promote myself with in any place or site.
- Publish books with.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 150% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE

• I will not show my model until my debut, will you still post a preview?
-If you don't want me to post anything until you post it first I'll not do it, no worries!• I'll stop streaming/using your model or design, can I sell it?
- Of course! Same price or lower only. Contact me so I'll be aware of new owner.• I'll upgrade my model to a more detailed rigging, are you able to make the changes?
-Yes, as long as I can have a guide of what is needed is okay!** • How should I credit you? Model artist or mama?**
-Is totally up to you but I like ''mama'' a lot!**• If I buy a half-body Vtuber model, can I come back later for a full-body upgrade?
-Of course, but please keep it mind my current schedule, feel free to ask!• Can I buy a model and later on buy more outfits/hairstyles/accessories?
- Of course• I already have a model from you and I want to buy a smally-chibi version now, do I have to wait till you open slots?
-No, my children can always request a smally-chibi model commission (It may take a bit longer if I'm working on other models)• Can I ask for another artist to add more outfits/hairstyles to the model you did?
- No, only small assets and accesories.
